You and Raw Marketers agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. To the extent of any conflict between this Section and Section 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction), this arbitration provision controls for disputes that are subject to arbitration.
