1. Program Description

Raw Marketers operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with opted-in subscribers about:

• Campaign performance updates and wins
• Appointment reminders for scheduled strategy calls
• Weekly intelligence alerts relevant to your niche
• Referral program updates and commission confirmations
• Marketing messages about Raw Marketers services

SMS messages are sent from Raw Marketers (operated by RaShaad Williams) via our marketing platform. Messages are sent using an A2P 10DLC registered long code.

2. How to Opt In

To receive SMS messages from Raw Marketers, you must provide explicit written consent by checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on any Raw Marketers web form and submitting that form. The checkbox language reads:

Message frequency varies based on your status with Raw Marketers:

Message and data rates may apply to all text messages sent and received. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan's SMS rates. Raw Marketers is not responsible for any charges your carrier applies.

The following keywords trigger immediate opt-out from all Raw Marketers SMS communications:

After opting out, your phone number will be immediately suppressed from all Raw Marketers SMS lists. If you opt out and later wish to re-subscribe, reply START to any prior message, or re-opt-in through our website form.

Raw Marketers SMS messages are compatible with all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint (T-Mobile), US Cellular, and others. Carrier availability may vary.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Raw Marketers is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier issues, network outages, or invalid phone numbers.

9. Sending Hours

Raw Marketers will only send SMS messages between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone, as required by applicable law. Automated systems are configured to respect quiet hours.

10. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in data are collected and stored in compliance with TCPA requirements. We retain SMS opt-in records for a minimum of 4 years.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used only by Raw Marketers to send you the messages you opted in to receive, and by our SMS platform provider (GoHighLevel/Twilio) to deliver those messages.

11. Changes to This Program

We may modify this SMS program or these terms at any time. If we make material changes to how we communicate via SMS, we will notify opted-in subscribers. Continued participation in the SMS program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
